SIDE VS SIDE ("the site", "we") is a free head-to-head voting site. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Using the site

No account is required to vote or browse. Voting is limited to one vote per battle per visitor, enforced through a cookie and our database — attempting to circumvent this (scripting votes, clearing cookies to vote repeatedly at scale, using bots) is not allowed and we may block traffic that does this.

Creating battles

By submitting a battle, you agree that:

• You won't submit anything illegal, defamatory, harassing, hateful, obscene, or that infringes someone else's rights.
• You won't use battles to impersonate a real person or organization in a misleading way, or to spam.
• What you submit is public and stays visible on the site — we don't offer accounts, so there's no way to delete or edit a battle you've created yourself after the fact. Contact us if something needs to come down.

We can remove any battle or content at our discretion, without notice, if it violates these terms or we otherwise judge it harmful to the site.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is". Vote counts, rankings, and trending results reflect whoever happened to vote — they're entertainment, not a scientific survey, factual claim, or endorsement of any option, brand, or person shown.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SIDE VS SIDE and its operator aren't liable for any damages arising from your use of the site, including content posted by other users.

Changes

We may update these terms as the site evolves (for example, as sponsored or paid features are introduced). We'll update the date above when we do. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
